My 10 Commandments of Organising: #1 "Organised" does NOT mean "neat and tidy"

Last weekend I had the pleasure of speaking to a full room of mums in business on "Organising your workspace for greater success" at the Motivating Mum Brilliant Biz Mums Expo. My session was based around My 10 Commandments of Organising, and was really well received, so I decided to share the main points here for you too!

Commandment #1 - "Organised" does NOT mean "neat and tidy"

Rather, "organised" DOES mean having space and systems set up to allow you to function and flow through daily life with ease and efficiency. This will be different for everyone, as we all have a unique organising personality, so don’t be afraid of trial and error while you figure out what works best for you - especially if you are a creative person, or run a creative / arts & crafts business from home...

Your home office / studio CAN be organised, if it is set up in a way to support you and what you are trying to achieve in that space.
